Staff tried to remedy our displeasure.
Left to wait for shuttle at airport, then had to take cab, the hotel paid though.
Handicapped room - no tub, just water on the floor. Had to wait 30+ minutes for a shuttle & then was told we had to wait another 15 minutes or so, or we could take a cab and they'd pay. Arrived at hotel very late. Staff tried to make us happy though. ...Read More
