They let us have a late checkout
Could not get In room coffee maker to workMy wife and I were told at check-in that we could have a late check-out because we were participants in an event in the nearby Cuyahoga National Forest. The forest is only 5 minutes away from the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The high speed internet worked great!The bathrooms looked a little dingy, although they were clean.I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this hotel. I expected sub-par accommodations due to the one star, but everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I felt a great value for the price paid for the room.

Ease of check in.Bed was dirty and bathroom was not cleaned.Staff at check in was good, room was not cleaned and it caused inconvenience. Beds were not change from previous tenants and bathroom wasn't cleaned.

It was located close to where we needed to visit.Need a larger area for the continental breakfast, not enough room if a lot of people show up at the same time.The hotel was located in the area we were to visit & the price was exceptional with a friendly staff.
