Great front desk staff who is very helpful.
The hotel does not have enough backup generators.

The staff is wonderful and very friendly.
The parking is not very convenient - the lot is very busy.
We enjoyed this hotel - very clean and nicely appointed. It is conveniently located in Richmond on the main drag, very close to shopping and many restaurants.

Wow, it was beautiful. Sleep number beds!
Too much construction around the hotel.
WOW. This is more then a 3 star hotel. I would definitely come back to this one again. The other 3 stars did not compare.

Location is close to shopping areas.
Not too many in-hotel restaurant choices.
Recently renovated and therefore very up-scale decor. Rooms, and bathroom were very clean. Parking spaces not enough and over-charged for $10.00 per day.

None, but the Richmond area is rather boring. Everything closes so early.
