Was very surprised at the quality and cleanliness of the room. I should have stayed there the last 5 times I was in the city.
The incidental charge for the room was pretty high compared to others I've stayed at.
Was impressed in every way. Will definitely be going back on my next trip.

Surrounding; shops and restaurants in neighborhood.
Posting of bathroom door not clean. Room rather standard (missed coffee-/tea maker).
Friendly staff; good surrounding, public transport nearby. Rooms and entrance could be a little less businesslike.

Great location.
Too close to main counter, non-smoker in smoking room, room on ground floor over looking street. No amenities.
the room was right next to the check-counter so you could hear all check-ins, it was a smokers room and we don't smoke, it was right next to the street, the room was no where near what I have seen for a three star.

This hotel is newly built, looks new, and feels new.
Parking space is limited. Not convenient.

The airport driver and the cleaning staff were very friendly.
The check-in desk had one stressed person that had to deal with a lot of issues.
The room was very clean. The breakfast was falling, though on a busy morning you may not have a place to sit. The parking garage was well secured and clean as well. However, the front desk people were often very busy, and so they were a little stressed.

Fairly clean rooms, all the basics are covered.
Pillows as hard as bricks, mattress too firm.
Good location, underground parking, fairly clean. No pool or hot-tub. Standard cheapo breakfast.
