Location, room and bed were great. Check out staff was pleasant.Bathroom was cracked and peeling. Front desk staff at check in was rude and unhelpful.Close to airport, rooms clean and modern.

It was convenient to the ferry terminal, which helped us for our trip the next day.The lounge was quite busy and we had to park way at the back.This is a very convenient hotel if you are traveling out of Vancouver by air or by ferry. The staff is very efficient and quick, and seemed to handle large groups very well.
