It is ideally located ten blocks from Pt. Richmond park with views of San Francisco Bay. We have an outdoor pool. This Point Richmond hotel is located near popular attractions like Fishermans Wharf - the Golden Gate Bridge and the University of California Berkeley. The San Francisco International Airport is 25 miles and the Oakland International Airport is only 15 miles from the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located in Point Richmond, which provides easy access to businesses, restaurants- boutiques and entertainment. Guests of Days Inn Point Richmond will enjoy many full service restaurant onsite- amenities include- Daybreak Breakfast, free local calls - fitness center- picnic area and recreational outdoor pool in a garden courtyard setting. Location.Staff was not friendly, old beds with sharp pieces of hardware dangerously sticking out the path of the beds, not enough towels for 4 people, smelly rooms.Knight staff didn't know how to give directions within the city. There was nothing to recommend this place. It was deplorable.It was dirty. The door would not lock. The inside walls were stained. Reasonably clean.Poor service. Didn't answer phone. Sent me to an occupied room! Lousy breakfast.Poor service. Didn't answer phone, took 3 calls to get through and they sent me to an occupied room. The key worked and I walked in on somebody! Lousy breakfast had to drive through some scary areas to get to location.

The general manager.The wireless did not work, the main light socket was out, and the room is due for a remodel.I understand that remodeling cost a lot of money however, my experience with Days Inn hotels is that they frequently look like cheap motels on the bad side of town.

Nothing.Everything, location, comfort, cleanliness, customer service.We actually ended up staying at another hotel even though we had paid for this hotel for 2 nights. We did not feel safe, and the room was dirty, we were concerned about bugs.

Absolutely nothing.Dirty & unsafe, card key was broken but didn't get fixed after notification!This hotel was really bad. The room was dirty and the maid does not clean your room.
