The bed was a king. And it was very nice. I sleep like a baby.The bathroom was ok. It was so bad Im still itching from all nasty.If you like bugs book it. If you like not sleeping because you are itching so badly.

Convenient location.There was a roach on the wall/hair on the lid of the toilet.Ok if saving money is your major concern. The room was rough around the edges. I did see a roach in the room and the lid to the toilet had 2 long hairs on it.

Front desk clerk did her best under circumstances.First room assigned had no electricity; second room not secure.Room was clean and linens were fresh. Breakfast included make your own waffles. General maintenance and public areas suffered from neglect. Downtown Richmond in 10 minutes by car.

3 buildings, only 2 floors with good security and no pets.Rooms and corridors were still being cleaned at 6pm.Convenient location close to I-64 and I-95. Rooms were clean with free wireless broadband Internet access available throughout the hotel.
