I was stuck in a smoking without my knowledge and it was an awful experience.

Staff was very friendly and willing to help, they remembered who you were and what room you were in.
Poor communication on events in the hotel to pool usage.

For its purposes as an airport hotel, it was fine. Nothing overwhelmingly special, but priced reasonably.
