The staff was superb. Very friendly and helpful.The rooms are a bit small- smaller than expected.It was worth the money. I was staying there because I have family in Markham and it was very convenient. The staff was very friendly but the rooms were smaller than expected. It was comfortable but there was an odor in one of my rooms.

The staff was very friendly.The lobby and continental breakfast area was freezing, had to wear coat.The staff was very friendly but there was no little or no heat on in the lobby and continental breakfast area. Large room with a table to dine in.Parking lot was small and crimpy.Great A+ hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was more than I actually expected.The Towels were in the closet instead of the bathroom which threw me off at first.Seeing how it was described as under contraction and it wasn't a very upscale rating, I wasn't expecting a whole lot, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was great.It was filthy and needed renovations.We were very satisfied by the location and the staff was very nice. The bad thing was the construction they were doing and the rooms needed sum updates.

The price and availability of the internet.The bath tub cover.The bath tub cover wasn't suitable and water was all over the place after taking shower. This costs less that 12$ for the owner. Totally for me was a good place for 1 night.
