Breakfast okay. Pool was small but clean. Moved us to nonsmoking when a room became available.Room the first night was smoking when I requested nonsmoking. One desk person had negative attitude.Hotel is convenient to Florence & southern Cincinnati. We requested non-smoking but were given smoking room, which was musty and not clean; air conditioner did not work well. The hotel had adequate space with young children, nice clean pool area. Just the over great experience.Not enough towels for amount of people.It was a great experience, just out of city as so not to busy, but close enough to be any place in a few minutes. Short of towel issue, we had a pleasant experience.

The pool was ok.The blankets and mattress had stains on it !The beds were disgusting. They had stains all over them. Not a very comforting Hotel.

The ice and the little derbies that they had! It was bad on any other things!They were very rude. I have never been in a motel with such rude people.It was the worst time we have had on a family vacation. I have a handicapped kid and it was a very bad time. There was spiders in our showers and the rooms was supposed to have refrigerators in them and microwaves and they did not.

There is nothing I like about that hotel from customer service to facilities there.I don't even no what to say. Good for the price.The beds were a little hard.Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was worth the money. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nothing.The rooms were filthy and the staff was not kind.There was hair all over the bathrooms, the AC didn't work, and the floors were sticky. It was just absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. It reminds you of what a one hour motel would be like.
