Close to everything.
Hard access to upper floors unless room was by the elevator.Need more access to upper floors, but overall quiet.

The breakfast.Dirty carpet.Location was good for me to get around town, but the carpets were dirty. When going barefoot in my room, my feet were black on the bottom.

Was clean, staff were friendly, felt safe in the surroundings. Would use again.Told staff couldn't remove hair color from shower, and possible charges 75.00. I bought cleaner and cleaned myself.Nice little brunch, baths had shampoo conditioner, and shower cap. Clean pool, safe looking surroundings. May use real soon.

Nothing.Wake-up call never happened.I do not recommend this hotel. The room appearance was clean but hairs on the pillows. Wake-up call never came, sink plugged, furniture not stable. TV remote held together by a band aid. Room key had a trick to opening the door.

The check in clerk was nice and helpful.The carpet was filthy my daughters feet were black from walking barefoot.It was a good place to stay for one night.

Its locations is convenient for getting on the freeway and for shopping.Some personal belongings were stolen from my room after my first day and management was rude and screamed at me.The front staff were not cordial and unprofessional. The manager refused to investigate what happened with some personal belongings that were taken from my room after the first night at the hotel. My stay was extended for 2 days.The last night I was there, there were some loud people.Over all, it was a great stay. Everything was fine.

Left within hours of arrival.Room was dirty, bath was molded and nasty.Of all the hotels I have stayed in this was the most ghetto orientated. Room was small and cramped double bed. Could not sleep because of noise ratio from neighbors, and small fridge that kept going off and on.
