Location, price.Sketchy area-homeless everywhere.Nice room good location, bad area, homeless outside at night.

Furnishing and grounds were attractive.Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Bed very hard.Attractive landscaping and pool. Hotel in need of some TLC. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke and bed was very hard. Desk clerk was friendly and kept continental breakfast area well stocked. Very convenient location to freeway.

The pool was very clean and the breakfast was good.My room was too far away from the stairs because I have small children to carry.The pool was nice, very clean. The rooms were cleaned very well. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast. It was centrally located and was only a short distance to the beach and shopping areas.

Staff was cordial.The "free" internet access did not work!Would not have stayed here had I known I could not go non-smoking room smelled like smoke.
