Clean, friendly and good location for our purpose.
NoisyStaff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, walls rather thin making it very noisy. Unfortunately we were on the 5th floor which is the pet floor

Staff was nice.No outlets in room for computers or shaving in bathroom.Room was extremely small. Chair in room was very uncomfortable. Hot water did not always work. Heard all the street noise at night.

The location to Mayo was great.I was disappointed with the room. It was very small and had twin beds.The location to Mayo Clinic is great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. You can travel with pets and they dont charge a pet fee. Our room was very small and had twin beds and was told we had this room because we booked online.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.Room so basic that we needed to upgrade which cost us a lot of money.The building is extremely old and uncomfortable. We had to upgrade and then it wasn't comfortable as there wasn't even air conditioning.

Close to my desired location Mayo Clinic.Everything else. Its old, somewhat dirty, had to sleep in twin bed.If your going to Mayo Clinic. You won't get closer. If your staying a long time stay elsewhere. There are nice rooms a short distance away at similar or lower prices.
