Great location.
Hotel under renovation and a mess, trouble with elevator.Very disappointed in hotel, under renovation. First room was dirty and had to be moved. No computer service available. The day I left took me almost 25 minutes to get an elevator and had to use a service elevator to finally get out, had to return a rental...Read More

Housekeeping was great.Bath did not have a fan!A/C did not work properly. Parking was terrible; nothing close for handicap. We had to walk through Skyways and up/down ramps. We had to pay an extra $10/day to park!

Great location. Clean. friendly staff.Swimming pool was cold!The location is very convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful although somewhat harried due to a large convention. Management probably should of put additional personnel on. The swimming pool was cold and the sauna non functional.

Clean rooms, next to parking.Check in staff was not very friendly check out staff was nice I called from a hospital for a shuttle, waited 15 minutes, no answer.NA.

The people are very helpful and the beds are great!The room neighbors - I asked for help at 4 am and did not get it.The hotel itself is great, I have stayed many times. However this time our room neighbors were extremely loud and I called the front desk at 4 am and they said they would send up security but they never came. Otherwise the hotel was great!

Easy location, ramp parking convenient, use of skyways great for rainy days.Sleep number bed was not comfortable, think it would take a few nights to choose the right number.Staff all very helpful. Accommodations clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay.
