Very close to where we had to go.
Were not severe enough with noisy guests in the next room.
Was very convenient to where we had to go and a shuttle picked us up at the door and took us to the door of the mayo clinic with no charge.

Need a quiet place outside of room to use laptop, no TV, no music.
perfect for my purposes, except I need a table and chair outside the room for me and my laptop. It could be anywhere, hallway, closet, but without TV or piped in music. My wife insists on watching TV in the room.

Pool is open 24 hrs a day.
Only can get in on one side of the building.
Like that this hotel has a lounge/bar. Pizza ordered from there was great! Music entertainment playing there as well. Pool open 24hrs a day was nice.
