Good for the price.Seemed a bit run down but are in the midst of repairs. No free parking.I would stay here again but

Location to an event I was attending.House keeping woke me at 9am about checking out.I've enjoyed better 3 star hotels. Lobby is small. Rooms are very basic.

It is conveniently located in Downtown rochesterI did not like the pool, and parking, restaurantsOur family was not impressed the pool was not inviting and it seemed dirty, and the room we stayed in had a huge stain. We did not complain to the management because we were so tired after travelling we did not have the energy.This hotel is not a 3.5 star
