Cleanliness was excellent, quiet location.Way too much chlorine in the pool, burned our eyes, often no towels in pool area.This is a basic, very clean, friendly hotel. There are no laundry facilities, but the breakfast included hot items. The location is perfect for picking up items one may have forgotten at Macy's and Targets.The hotel front staff was very young and inexperienced.The front staff was unable to make a decision due to an honest mistake on the part of the traveler.
Hopefully someday as they grow older they will realize that adjustments are possible for situations that are extraordinary.

The beds were comfortable.The people above us made a lot of noise at night and we heard thumping above.We needed a place to stay in Rochester to bring my son to Rochester University. it served it's purpose and I liked the location of the hotel and my other two sons enjoyed the pool.

Bed comfort. Internet friendly. Swimming pool. Friendly place.Actually nothing bad to say.I really like this hotel we stayed there before. The breakfast is great. Beds are really comfortable. Help is really informed. Will stay here the next time we are in area.

Location to family.Entrance was confusing. Access road near shopping plaza.It was clean, bright, quiet and friendly. It's what we needed.

N/AIVery clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Many restraint choices nearby.Indoor pool was not heated (in February)-unable to use. Irondequoit Mall next door is practically deserted- do not plan on doing any shopping there.
