The hotel staff was fantastic. They were extremely helpful and met every need willingly. They exceeded all requests.Although the Blue Line El-train is nearby (over half mile-under 1 mile) the hotel did not provide transportation.Our stay was wonderful. Although this hotel typically caters to business travelers, we had a wonderful time on our vacation. The staff was wonderful. The amenities were wonderful. The only improvement would have been transportation to the El train.

They do their best to honor requests and friendly about it.N/AWe stay in this motel twice a year and they are always friendly and considerate. Rock Falls/Sterling are small communities so the motel is convenient.

Easy interstate connection.No free continental breakfast.Easy access, but the directions are confusing. Certainly was a more direct and easier way to get there. Staff very nice.

Very helpful staff.Halls smelled of old cigarette smoke.Nice moderate priced hotel. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Shower head was wonderfully relaxing. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff.Restaurant was closed, continental breakfast ran out Sunday.Decent pool, restaurants and Wal-Mart nearby, Harley Davidson dealer next door. Close to everything.
