Positive Comment - Everyone was friendly and the food was good.

Negative Comment - They charged me for the room too and they still have not taken off the charges. Small pool.

Review - We enjoyed our stay but I have not enjoyed fighting to get the charges off my bill.

Positive Comment - Wonderful breakfast buffet is included with the hotel stay, Very clean hotel, and Helpful staff.

Negative Comment - I had a problem trying to check in verifying my credit card. Tried two different cards and still the clerk had problems.

Review - Very nice hotel. Large clean rooms with a kitchenette and separate bed room. The hotel was quiet for a Saturday night. the pool is somewhat small, but has a larger hot tub than normal. There was a small outdoor basketball/tennis court which was very nice....Read More

Positive Comment - Hot breakfast is complimentary; very quiet and clean.

Negative Comment - Only a few complimentary newspapers were available at 7am.

Review - Convenient for travelers to/from Chicago to WI, IA. It was clean, quiet and easy to find.
