Its contemporary design combines state of the art facilities with modern elegance perfect for the lifestyle of discriminating cosmopolitan travelers. Our priority to detail in the 65 guestrooms, including an exclusive *studio suite* with a large private terrace, and all different in size. The furniture and tapestries are in a classic contemporary style in the warm nuances of ochre, sand and saffron. Business facilities are in three elegant high tech meeting rooms with a direct vaulted ceiling, with a capacity for up to 75 people. Fitness room available for hotel*s guests, no charge. It is equipped with Chest press, multi hip, upper back, run 600 xt pro, step 600 xt pro, recline 600 xt pro, and two utilities benches and weights. The hotel also offers dry cleaning facilities, no smoking floor, solarium, cocktail lounge and a roof top terrace. Hotel Capo D'Africa is located in the city centre. During summer for a cocktail or //à la petite carte// meal relax at our panoramic terrace looking Romes roofs our bar and lounge area Please note that as of 1st January 2011 a City Tax will be introduced in the city of Rome. This will be a fixed stay contribution for all the Client staying in the City of Rome. Kindly take note that this contribution will be applied also to other tourist services /buses, sightseeing/ boat tours on the Tiber and seaside facilities/. The contribution for 4 stars hotels is euro 3.00 per person/ per day- up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights
