Nice setting, but far from highway and no signs, confusing.Bed was full size, not queen size; took almost an hour to get a simple breakfast.Really just a motel. However, the Savoy restaurant which is affiliated with the Beeches was worth returning to.

Outside looked great. Lobby great.The room was disgusting, dirty carpet with grease spots on carpet, outdated, tub filthy, dirtiest room ever stayed, someone's toenails still on floor.We travel a lot, have stayed in hotels all over the US, various price ranges. Overall Rating:
The land was pretty.Everything else.This hotel was way out of the way no restaurants in the area but there own and the food was not that great! I would stay in downtown Rome if I decided to come back. The front desk staff was rude and very unhelpful for directions.
