Im sure the hotel was great, I did not stay at the hotel and wasn't aware I had made a purchase. I got lost in all the pages of the transaction/pop-ups etc.. thought I had logged out and never actually made the transaction!

Hotel located close to flight path of airplanes taking off and/or landing; therefore quite noisy...
Very clean, large and comfortable rooms, very comfortable bed, very nice desk, easy chair and table in the room, internet access provided as well.

Very nice lobby, flowers, fire place breakfast at the cafe.
somewhat hidden off the street. Room service hours are limited.
The overall apperance and service was very nice. We did not have an iron and the one housekeeping brought was broken. We still enjoyed our stay.
