Front desk staff andlocation.
Beds are not updated, maid wanted to clean at 7:50 am!Overall the room is dated. Air conditioner is noisy, beds are uncomfortable, maid was cleaning the hallway and knocking on rooms at 7 - 7:50 am. Not what I expected from a well known hotel chain.

I liked the cleanliness of my room and the public areas. And the breakfast bar was perfect for me.There was nothing I didn't like.The hotel was very clean and well kept. Location.Did not have Fox SW on TV.Nice for travelers. We have children in Richmond, TX. I am sure we will use this hotel again.

Staff was very helpful.I got charged on my credit card again after paying online.Overall it was a good 1 night stay hotel.
