Overall Rating:
Rooms all have sitting/porch area..Shower and bath only ran hot water.No cold water would come out of shower. The best we got was only semi steaming hot. A major hassle. Facilities very clean, staff very friendly, Check in/out was a very short interaction which was great.

Location.Rooms need renovation, unheated hallways, small TV, staff, utilitarian musty room.This hotel is rated at 2 1/2 stars in an area where much better properties are available in the same price range. In my well traveled opinion, this aging hotel should be rated at 2 stars, not 2 1/2.

Location and quiet atmosphere.Room furnishings needs to be updated.Friendly staff, great appearance in common areas, secluded location, great coffee throughout the day. Rooms need refreshing, they are average and are not as appealing as the common area.

Convenient location. Clean facilities.No ramps or automatic doors - difficult for wheeling luggage and computers.Clean facilities and great location. Courteous staff and great breakfast buffet. There are no ramps on the sidewalks from the parking areas and the front doors of the hotel are not automatic. This makes it difficult when wheeling luggage and laptop cases.

The staff was extremely responsive to all needs.Pillows and towels are mini sized, but you can have as many as you like!!The location and great staff make this hotel a great place to stay if you are in the Roswell area.
