The afternoon desk man greeting us was FANTASTIC
room not properly swept
We enjoyed our stay and had great interaction with the desk man greeting us and the Lady who set up the great breakfast room.

It did not charge extra for having a pet stay in the room.
Room was a bit small.
The hotel was nice. Nothing extravagant, but it suited my needs. I liked that I was not charged extra for having my dog with me.

No directions as to where the dining area was.

Close to majority of attractions.
Fellow customers were loud and rude.
Everything was fantastic minus a few rude people that were staying at the hotel as well.

Small coffee pot. Would like a 12 cup.
Over all we loved the town. The hotel was a nice place to stay. The coffee pot was to small, most people drink more than 1 cup. A 12 cup pot would have been nice.

The rooms were neat and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
I was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. While good for my health, awkward getting luggage to room. Parking close to my room was not always available.
I would stay at the motel again. It was clean and inexpensive. The location was close to my destination. It is not a luxury motel, but does have amenities (such as breakfast and an outdoor pool).

It was close to the businesses I needed to visit.
Shabbiness.
A much older motel in desperate need of a face lift. Oddly shaped room; grimy doors and door frames; electric outlet in bathroom on the over-mirror light fixture. Their breakfast also looked in need of a facelift. Did not eat.

Most comfortable motel bed I've had in a long time!
The sink is in the main bath, making it difficult for more than one person to get dressed at a time.
This hotel has been recently refurbished, and the room is quite comfortable and attractive. The bed was wonderfully comfortable! The hotel is centrally located on main street Roswell and is convenient to attractions and restaurants.

My remote to the TV was inoperative. Better to have list of channels beside TV.
I stayed in this motel about 25 years ago on a school trip. It is still nice.
