In December of 2009 the hotel re-opened its doors - after an extensive remodelling of the lobby and restaurants - as an Elegant Nature Resort. Il Barcaiolo: The newly opened Italian restaurant Il Barcaiolo serves home-made pasta in different varieties and unusual seafood creations by passionate and talented head chef Walter Leufen.
