Dishonest staff.
Left a cosmetic mirror behind and staff claims nothing was in room.

Good location, nice continental breakfast.
Bed and pillows miserably uncomfortable.
Room was large and well equipped. Adequate fitness center, good breakfast, pillows and mattress were miserably uncomfortable.

Air conditioner kept cycling which lead to a very noisy evening with little sleep.

I like the breakfast buffet that was included in the price of the hotel.
The hotel is for business travelers-not for young families.

Vent fan in bathroom was extremely loud.

Clean, with a good location and very helpful friendly people.

It was a very nice, clean hotel that had nice amenities and very helpful friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to any one.

They had a great whirlpool.
When we started to go to bed dogs started barking in an adjacent room and barked all night. We called and complained but were told that they could not.
They have a great pool and whirlpool. However, There were dogs barking in the next room that barked all night long. When I called to complain I was told that because they were Triple Diamond Clients that it was alright. Needless to say we got no sleep.

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable beds.
Not enough towels placed in room but easily corrected; toilet was noisy.
Met our leisure travel needs with easy access to round rock locations. Very comfortable beds.
