Argumentative staff.
The front desk clerk was very rude. They required an additional $ to get a room with double beds.

Convenient location with lots of restaurants close by.
The amenities in the hotel are sparse.
Great service but the hotel aspires to higher which is not deserved.

The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable and with nice quality linens.
The floor was divided smoking and non-smoking and the smoke traveled to the non-smoking area.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room, complete with kitchenette, met all my needs and was extremely comfortable. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to leisure and business travelers.

The staff acted as if they were doing you a favor to help you they charged the price $15.00 per night for 2 beds.

I loved the large TCB room even though I wasn't there for business.
The breakfast buffet was totally unorganized and was out of food. The waitress was more interested in getting your bill to you than the food service.
Overall this is a lovely hotel. Don't do the breakfast buffet!
