Convenient location to Austin, plenty dining choices within walking distance, very secure and family friendly. All my complaints are petty. It was what I expected, nothing more or less, I would stay here again.

Nice, clean comfortable room. The hotel's location makes it difficult to get to during rush hour. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable couch and bed. The TV is small. Overall a very nice room for the price. Will stay there again.

We arrived after midnight and the staff allowed us to use hot tub as long as we were quiet. Needs just a bit of updating. I really liked this hotel mainly because of staff. It was completely clean but, a little outdated. I have a bad back and hot tubs help so, when we arrived after midnight I assumed I wouldn't be able to sit in hot tub. Beds are important! Mattress, linens and bedding were great! The bathroom/dressing area was a little lacking. The staff was very accommodating and friendly! We slept well because the bed was extremely comfortable. After checking out I wished I'd gotten the mattress/bedding brand, etc., information because it was the highlight of the stay!

Refreshments in the lobby when we checked in. TV was small and not placed in front of the bed. It was good.
