Nice and quiet and actually didn't smell musty.
It could've used more toiletries. Like also shoe shine cloth or lotion.
I liked the idea that they also had a shuttle to the casino for the concert if needed.

The place was near by our plans., people were nice and the congenital breakfast.
The one manager was rude to his breakfast staff, the staff worked very hard.
Hotel was very clean and friendly and very affordable.

Pool hours are great, open late!
Their rates are cheaper.
I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was quiet away from all the traffic.
We did not like the air conditioner.
This hotel is a great place to stay. It's clean, quiet, inexpensive, and you can access downtown easily.

The bedding was so nice and soft.
There was nothing I didn't like.
When visiting Ruidoso again, I would love to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Went above and beyond in meeting our expectations.

Very clean, nice fireplace in lobby.
Breakfast was pretty skimpy.
We got snowed in the last day and the rate went way up. Was rather disappointing. But our stay was very pleasant other than the rate increase after our initial reservation.

Room was cold, hard to heat.
The front desk was friendly. One of the other staff, Not sure who she was, was not so friendly.
