The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The heat did not work, housekeeping had to be called twice to clean room and bring towels. My mother asked for extra coffee in the room, didn't happen.The staff was friendly and helpful except the housekeeping staff. They didn't seem to care if supplies were in the rooms nor if the rooms were cleaned. I had to call for room clean up, towels, and I went and found the cart for tissue paper. It was close to everything. A nice place to take a walk.No microwave/refrigerator.It was quiet and could update the interior/bathroom.

Restaurant staff, over-the-top friendly.Floor was wet and smelly.We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very kind. We recommend you stay here.

The A/C was on and the room was cool when arriving.Too close to the interstate & club music was too loud.Staff was friendly and helpful but when I went to check out early Sunday morning, I couldn't find anyone in the office or lobby. N/ALoud interstate traffic heard all day and night.~This is an older Holiday Inn, adequate but nothing special. Unfortunately, it is very close to Interstate 40, and the traffic can be heard all night long.

Pleasantly helpful staff. Free cookies. Restaurant quality above expectations. Private club in dry county.No grill or picnic area for community use.An updated Holiday Inn with an extraordinary staff, spacious king rooms, a laundry on site, a good restaurant and private club. Prime rib and Catfish are best menu items.

It is located at an idea spot and in the heart of Russellville.The kids expected continental breakfast but it was being serve across the street at another hotel.It's a nice hotel with nice people but management could do more to leave an impression on its guest.
