Nothing. The customer service of the hotel employees. Very cheap and disorganized. The employees were rude and adhere to our needs.

Overall Rating:
This hotel was located near a lot of restaurants and ammenties. It was next to a truck stop and could get noisy. The Super 8 Doswell was conveniently located off the highway near many conveniences. It was perfect for an overnight stay.

Very friendly staff. Poorly lit outside. Convenient, economic, pretty clean, a little noisy if your room is located underneath the stairs (which ours was). Over all pretty good stay.

Check in was very fast and easy. The staff was very nice. When I went into the room for the first time it was so hot that it would take your breath. Overall this hotel was a great place to stay after a long day at Kings Dominion. It is located just a few miles from the park and about 30 miles from historic Fredericksburg. I would stay again my next trip.

Comfortable bed. Broken furniture, bad reception on TV, provided no coffee for coffee maker, toilet didn't flush unless you held down handle, noisy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling at this facility! The room I reserved was not available, gave me a awful room and charged me an extra $10.00.
