Stay away.

The free continental breakfast was the best ever, everything you could want.
I was really looking forward to a swim, but the water was way too cold to enjoy.
The people were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and adequate. The breakfast was more than expected and very delightful. The pool however, left much to be desired. The pool area was very dark and dank and the water was way too cold. I t...Read More

Clean, Neat, Good breakfast room, helpful staff, and good computer connection.
Front desk occasionally had no one on duty.
The Rutland Ramada Inn is a hotel obviously run by professionals with a good grasp of the need to be attentive to detail. The room was clean and attractive. All the appliances worked well every time. The staff was helpful and friendly and acted as thought...Read More

Cheap.
No heater, radiator was too small for room.
The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly but the heater in the room (under the window) was not working. They had put a small radiator in the room but it certainly did not heat up the room at all. We didn't ask for them to fix the heat or change...Read More

The location was excellent.
Very cheap furniture, phone did not work. Could not get to pool area due to too many people.
The motel is located in an excellent location. Everything is very close by. I liked the fact that it had a pool, which was my major reason for choosing this motel over the others. Unfortunately, there were far too many people with young children staying t...Read More
This hotel was convenient for skiing and the staff was nice, but the hotel was dirty. The room was large and the beds comfortable, but there was mold in the shower, paint peeling off the ceiling, wallpaper peeling off, curtains falling down, no headboard ...Read More

Nothing.
Hotel was too dirty.
The hotel was very dirty; the cleaning staff was not friendly. The hotel allowed dogs in the room. The only nice thing was the clerk that changed us to a better room - meaning non smoking. Still dirty anyway.

Overall Rating:
Very friendly staff. Attractive, recently refurbished room.
The room was very stuffy. There was a sliding door, no window.
A very good place for an inexpensive, short stay. Friendly, helpful staff, very close to good dining, as well as 24 hour grocery and convenience stores. Although it was on a busy, commercial street, it was very close to some very beautiful wilderness / sc...Read More

Great, ah, swimming pool.
A typical grubby old Ramada. Need we say more?
We had three rooms. Recently we were assigned a wonderful new Ramada near the great Smokey mountains. This one reminded us of how low that chain has generally sunk. Carpeting from the stone age. Yuk! Noisy drink machines and acs. Tiny over crowded breakfa...Read More
