N/AN/AI had a light fixture fall on me when I opened the closet in my room, and the hotel engineer said he was sorry but no special accommodation was offered for the inconvenience or the fact I was physically hurt.

Nice decor and pool.Slow service in the bar.Nice hotel over all. The staff was very helpful. We had constant issues with our room keys but they were quick to fix it (3 times).
