Located in a busy , nicer section of Saginaw, there should be no security issues, Family that runs this franchise is very nice, employees are very professional also. Rooms are clean and are what I would expect for the price point.

Easy parking and excess.
1st room very bad/air condition not working & bathroom very torn up with plywood showing and floor bad get to looking.
I actually would have spent more money for and upgraded room if I had known of the bad quality in advance, but was only staying for one night, so I just put up with it and got out of there as early as possible.

They accept pets, heard barking. The fridge was quite noisy.

It didn't have a microwave, refrigerator, or coffee maker like it said it did.
