The Staff is Fabulous! Always friendly & helpful; willing to go the extra mile.
Needs some interior repairs and better bed linens & more parking.
We go to St. Augustine 3-4 times per year and I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. The staff there makes ALL the difference.

The 2 cockroaches climbing on my bed, broken bed, broken hair dryer.
The hotel is located just a few steps from St George St, The Castle and restaurants. The only problem I had was the two cockroaches I found climbing in my bed the morning after I woke up. The hairdryer did not work and the bed was making an annoying sound...Read More

There wasn't a thing I did not like about this hotel.

Refurbished rooms and comfortable bed.
Did not like that the rooms had outside entrance.
Very Nice Hotel especially for the money. The rooms were clean and with very comfortable beds. The staff were nice and helpful and the pool was clean.
