Location.The tub was stained with dirt! The bathroom floor was also stained. Not well kept.Although the hotel has a great location is quite expensive for what it offers. The rooms are not well kept and overall the rugs and floors need to be cleaned better.

It was a suite with a separate sitting area and a sofa bed.The rooms were very small and the wireless service was poor. Although the room looked and smelled clean there was a roach on the ceiling in the sitting.The rooms were clean, the maids allowed us to sleep in late every morning and the staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. The clerk even gave us cookies to take for the trip home. Very nice indeed.

The employees were very friendly and pleasant.Unkept hotel, wallpaper peeling, walls smeared with caulk, very loud air conditioning. This is not a pleasant hotel.This hotel is not in a good part of St. Augustine and more than a mile from the historic district. It is not clean and the air conditioning is so loud, you have to turn it off at night to sleep. The value from 1 to 5 with 5 being the best is a 1.

Nice lobby and cookies.Hallway carpets were filthy!Very nice visit except for the hallway carpets, I don't think they have been cleaned in over a year. The dirt was extremely visible. Rooms were clean and continental breakfast was adequate.
