Convenient to attractions, fairly new, internet access, breakfast bar.Carpet seemed a little dirty, needs a steam cleaning.Excellent location to downtown attractions. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.Room was not set up with the right amount of towels or wash rags, no bath towels were provided.Overall experience was average.

The bathrooms were elegant and the beds were very comfortable.We should have booked a handicapped room, but, that is not your fault.It was in an excellent location. The facilities were new and/or updated. The staff was very helpful to find everything we wanted to see in St Augustine. We would definitely return again and stay at your hotel.
