The St. Johns County Pier is close by- where you can fish- stroll or observe. The pavilion at the Pier Park hosts many activities throughout the year including concerts- special events- farmers markets and an Arts Center. Just down the road on the island is the historic St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum. The lighthouse is located right next to a park- boat ramp and pier for fishing- picnicking and boating. In the same area you will find the Alligator Farm and Zoological Park. The Alligator Farm is home to the largest variety of crocodilians and alligators in the world. Some of the premier reptilian biologists in the world call the Alligator Farm home.
