Relatively quiet.Common area was very dirty.Typical one star hotel. Common areas were fairly soiled, but the room was better. Nothing.Both of our rooms were very dirty, bathrooms not clean, floor not vacuumed etc.The staff @ first was rude when we informed them that the rooms were dirty and had not be cleaned. The hot tub was a necessary plus to us weary travelers! Well designed.Though the coffee was good, the pastries were not.Nestled in the Prescott forests, this inn was just minutes from our aunt's home, with whom we were visiting. The staff is all helpful and friendly and the hot tub was a great amenity. We would stay here again.

Everything was great!More selection in vending machines.Staffs were polite and helpful. The room was clean and everything was there I needed. It was quiet and an enjoyable stay.

Adequate for price paidBathroom countertop was falling off.Would stay again but not with spouse for a nice weekend. Moderate price and easy to get to. Foreign run as most low-end hotels are.

Convenient location and clean. Swimming pool and exercise room a plus.The breakfast was less than desirable. Tiny paper plates, and one very slow toaster. Also, the dirtiest part of the hotel.I would stay there again.
