The desk clerk was efficient but not very friendly. I asked for two keys, and she gave me one that didn't work. The bed was terrible you sank to the middle and couldn't get out.

Our room was super - large, with sofa. We liked the separate vanity from bathroom.
We were disappointed not to find a proper restaurant the evening we arrived.
The room was excellent, but we had the impression that there was tension amongst the reception staff.
I'd forgotten my toothbrush and was told I could buy one in the gift shop.
This hotel is very nice. Easy to find and staff accommodating with our late arrival. Room was very quiet, bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, bathroom was a bit small. Full size closet next to bed was nice, but could have done without the mirrored...Read More

Always clean facility, friendly staff.
Bathtub needed new finish, it looked very bad.
I liked staying here, close to where I conduct business and the staff is always accommodating. The bartender was very attentive, quick service and kept the atmosphere friendly.

This well located hotel in Chesterfield is the hotel of choice whenever we stay in the area. A full sports complex, plenty of parking, friendly staff, business center, and great cookies!

Very clean and nice room with excellent amenities.
Queen bed offered initially for 4 people with no spare bed. Room change was made subsequently.
Very nice hotel which is within a reasonable driving distance of most St. Louis attractions. This hotel is very clean and has nice amenities for kids and the family. I would definitely stay there again.

they did not have the king size bed
the first nite was not good since the bed was not a king size. they were able to change us to the room next door for the second night and that was better.
