The roll away bed for my teenage was not comfortable at all and he did not get any sleep.N/A

The staff was wonderful! Available, caring, thoughtful and friendly.Did not look like a safe neighborhood for after dark walks outside.Clean hotel with wonderful, gracious staff! The hot breakfast was above expectations and well attended. The on-site restaurant was reasonably priced, offered a wide variety menu and delivered hot, delicious meals.

It was nice. Definitely worth the money. Appreciated the gated parking lot.Not very soundproof could hear everything in the hall and next door.I enjoyed this hotel - definitely worth the price. Convenient location. Nothing fancy, but not dirty and cheap either. The room was nice, and the pillows were comfy. Awesome view of the arch.

Staff was able to give us concise, accurate directions to the airport and to area attractions.The heater in the room never turned on. The room was less than 60 degrees for our entire stay. slow elevators!The employees were polite but not responsive to our problem with room temperature. Nice, complete breakfast buffet.

The staff was very friendly.The pool was unavailable to use.The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Loved the free breakfast in the morning. The only down side I had was the exercise room and the pool were both unaccessible.
