The shuttle service which we used several was wonderful. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes.
There was nothing we disliked.
Good location. Friendly staff. Convenient close parking. Great shuttle service.

Everything else.
I had to pay for parking DAILY! The restaurant was overpriced. The staff was unfriendly and even rude at times. The staff knew nothing of the surrounding area, so we had no help in finding activities. The list goes on.

Very poor service, Non smoking room smelled like smoke and staff wouldn't assist with it. Very rude front desk staff and extremely slow check-in.
Very poor design of hotel, unless you are close to elevator the rooms are very far away. We found this hotel to be the worst of any we've stayed at in the past few years and we travel quite often. The check in was very slow and staff didn't seem too care....Read More

Room was hot and after 2 hrs with air on, still 80 degrees.
Nice hotel with the exception of room being HOT! Stayed in July, room was extremely hot when we arrived and after over 2 hrs with air on, still 80 degrees. Moved to another room--coolest it got was 75.
The shuttle service which we used several was wonderful. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes. 
There was nothing we disliked.
