Location was great.
Mildew in the room very strong.
We have stayed in this hotel many times and each time it declines in room appearance. This last time mildew could be smelled throughout the room. Fortunately no one turned ill from the exposure.

Customer service was lacking
Waited 25 minutes to check in at least. Key card would not work in the door. Waited another 20 minutes to get new keys, then got a lecture from the gal at the front desk about how the key cards need to be kept away fron other credit cards. Really, no k...Read More

Clean room, quiet, friendly.
Outside pool didn't open early enough, key didn't work for inside pool area had to be let in.
Staff was friendly, room clean, quiet and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the ducks, room view of outside pool was beautiful.
Location was great.
