The location & restaurant were both wonderful.Our room was small, cramped.The hotel was great but our room was small, cramped & not as nice as I thought it would be. Hopefully they have other rooms that are nicer than the one we got.

I really liked the assistance the concierge gave me during my stay.The parking, I got a ticket.This hotel was very attractive inside and out. The staff was very courteous and prompts with everything. I even me Louie Armstrong in the elevator. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience Downtown St. Paul.

Very attentive room service staff.Crowded lobby. Smallish bathroom.It's a very nice hotel but not on a 4-5 star luxury scale compared with places in new York, Chicago, etc. would certainly stay again if business took me there, but wouldn't go out of my way to make the visit.

Almost everything.Only one shuttle in service. No easy access (in hotel) to a quick meal (deli, etc).Great stay, only downside, as a lone female traveler was not having easy access to a quick sandwich type meal. Excellent front-desk service; very beautiful; shuttle service.A little on the expensive side, but I guess not for hotels in this class.Very comfortable, peaceful (even though Mother's Day weekend) and elegant.
