Staff was nice. The room had an awful chemical smell to it. I was allowed to check out 3 different rooms and all smelled the same. Hotel is ok. The smell was almost unbearable. The staff was friendly.

The rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was a little small. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A little pricey for quality but this was due to location. My family and I will stay at other Holiday Inn Expresses on future trips.

The bell staff and front desk staff were excellent. Lots of late night noise, lounge staff could give better service. Perfect location for Savannah tourism. Staff very helpful. Lots of late night noise in atrium and service is lounge was very slow. Good value for money.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and so helpful. The bed was so uncomfortable; it pretty much ruined it for us. This hotel a few miles from the main part of St. Simon's Island. It was a good prime place to relax. Not being able to get a receipt for reimbursement for my state travel. I had to call 2 times to get an item mailed to me because they said they did not. The staff needs training on how to deal with the business travelers. I also had to ask for my shower curtain to be cleaned due to mold and they replaced it.

Not too large. The complimentary breakfast saved us time to enjoy other features of the island. The sitting chairs in the bedroom were not comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. It is not too large and is convenient to the highway (and therefore Savannah and Jekyll Island) as well as to downtown St. Simon's. The breakfast was more than adequate, the facility clean, and the staff very friendly.
