Suite, extra room, layout of room and hotel, location, continental breakfast.Nothing.Great downtown location, large rooms, immediate hot water, great shower (water pressure), friendly helpful staff, excellent continental breakfast. Made a long week stay much more comfortable to have the extra room of a suite.

The staff was awesome; very friendly, helpful & understanding, even at 6:00 a.m.Walking back the 4 blocks from the Salt Palace at 10:30 pm Fri & Sat. made me a bit uncomfortable.A very refreshing stay, with the very clean facilities, warm & friendly staff, & microwaves, rig in room. I was really tempted to skip the last night of my convention & stay in room just to relax! Thanks to all.

Beautiful hotel, easy to find & awesome cook to order breakfast!!Parking was hard for us as our luggage rack made the car too tall to fit in the parking garage.We were very pleased with all aspects of the hotel, it was more than we expected. Large rooms and really clean.

Huge free breakfast, managers reception, piano player.What was not to like? Awesome.They have cooks there to cook you a great free breakfast, they have anything you can think of. Suites, evening reception and morning breakfast buffet.Pool was closed when we wanted to use it.Good location downtown, not far from airport, less than 15 minutes, free shuttle every half hour. Staff offered to print my boarding passes.
