The cleanliness was great.
The location.
The hotel was very nice and the staff was great. The location was awkward for going downtown and sea world. Even though the were straight shots to both locations it was hard to find on the way back.

New and nice large rooms and nice bed and bedding.
Had to pay for breakfast, bar small and short hours, not much of a view.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Pool is great. There is a kiddie pool that is fantastic. Service at restaurant was horrible. Food took forever to get to us, was stone cold and not that good. Beds are comfy though and it's clean.
Great staff, wonderful room and great omelet.
