The staff made any inconvenience less substantial, and the location was GREAT!
The bathtub was not as it was advertised on Hilton's site, and the "Resort" status was generous.
I absolutely will stay here again if for no other reason that the hotel's proximity to Sea World. The staff was gracious and helpful, the hotel offered nightly Marshmallow roasting and S'more making with an outdoor kid's movie, which was great for our 3 y...Read More

The location was excellent for our activities.
The pool for a Resort, was small and inadaquate
The hotel was very nice, comfortable beds, clean rooms and public spaces. The food and pool were off and that makes a huge difference for a family that has a young child that loves to swim and order room service.

The bed was great, the air conditioning was effective and quiet, and it was a beutiful setting.
The maid service missed several things, and the diverter on the shower was very stiff.
