Newly remodeled, friendly staff.
Unsecured off-site parking lot for vehicle storage overnight.I will recommend and stay at this hotel again.

On the riverwalk.N/ADecent, farthest point on the riverwalk and
staff was okay, hotel was underconstruction. It is in an okay area of San Antonio. It was fine to stay in with our young children.

Quiet location on river walk.Front desk lacked personality.2nd time we have stayed there. Glad to see remodeling being done. Will likely try again next year.

Evening security guard went out of his way to get us hot chow. Packets.I always think it is a cheep shot to charge extra for parking!It was beautiful, the help was extraordinary, and the beds were comfortable. It was walking distance to all the attractions, rooms were very spacious.Can't find a thing wrong.Great for a romantic getaway with your spouse, very clean and well decorated, staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is great and you get a good tour on the river taxi.The hotel is in bad shape and the management is rude.We checked in but went down the River walk until that evening. Staff very nice and friendly, hotel was beautiful.That it was not closer to the river center.Hotel is clean, friendly and beautiful. Staff very wonderful. It would be nice to have been closer to the river walk, it was about a 15 to 20 minute walk on the river walk path.
